Can't use item, can't load cards
The instructions say you have to disassemble the wallet to load your cards. I spent about 40 minutes trying to unscrew the very small screws with the screwdriver that came with it, but to no avail - the screws were so tight I couldn't loosen them. The item was tossed in a desk drawer and a different type of purse ordered.
