My experience has been that GPS is very thorough in their research of providers before selecting them for our project as well as being diligent about making sure you get what was promised - no hiccups along way there! I think they are pretty easy going people too so if it doesn't feel right don’t hesitate asking questions (I have). Communication can be tricky sometimes since we aren” t physically together but everything works out ok eventually. They help set things like salaries across multiple countries at once which saves time compared hiring one by ones over several weeks/months etc..
