I haven't used bentonite clay in years. This is a great product BUT I DO NOT recommend using it in the bathroom unless you are a renter and want your deposit back and also want to pay an additional plumbing bill. If you are getting divorced and your ex is getting a house, be sure to use up as much as you can afford the day before signing and leaving. Jokes aside, this will leave your skin super soft and smooth. I've also recently used it in my foot spa and then just poured it into the garden instead of down a drain. You can take bentonite clay orally, but that doesn't mean it's edible. If you do, you should also drink plenty of water. I'll stick to foot baths and face masks.
