Inaccurate, cable too short, 2 bad sensors.

2 sensors constantly provide information when there is nothing nearby, the sensor cables are a bit short, I have a Yukon, one sensor in the front and one in the back barely reaches the control unit, i.e. when installed on a yukon xl or a suburb i'm sure you won't reach it. It's not accurate, I can put my hand on the sensors and they work, but then I drive somewhere and they never show anything?
