Why would a company flatten a 'leather bag'? To save space? This is a wtf handbag, anyone who thought it was a good idea should have been fired. The bag cannot be returned as it appears in the photo. waste of their money. I don't see anyone storing them unless they stay open and the handles are bent. Added a photo as it turns out. The delivery department that makes the bags ruined a beautiful bag. It's a shame because I'm returning it.
