I am very happy with this dry brush. Brush your arms and legs toward your heart. Use circular motions on abdomen, stomach and armpits. I lost a lot of weight after my bone marrow transplant and use it daily (even without showering afterwards) which not only solved my problem but also left my skin incredibly soft. I can reach every inch of my back with it, but I'm small and quite flexible. If not, get this item with a longer handle. I found out about this article from Goop, but Revain was more reasonably priced. If you haven't tried dry skin cleansing yet, I highly recommend it. Especially good for older women. (I am 67 years old.)
