Caldera Releaf = real neck pain relief. It's not marketed as a medical device, so it actually works better than promised. If you have a medium neck size, choose a large one so you can loosen it up over extra clothing if needed or for regular bed naps. I also use it when I'm at my computer. Be sure to wash it a few times before using it in contact with white clothing as the color will run off first. Fasten the velcro before putting it in the washing machine. Do not tumble dry. It will feel dry and comfortable within minutes of normal drying straight out of the washing machine. Another plus is the style, reminiscent of ordinary outerwear in cold weather. The Releaf Neck Pillow is exceptional for neck comfort when seated in a car or airplane. As you fall asleep, it supports the weight of your head under your chin, keeping your mouth closed and controlling snoring. I have tried all the U shaped pillows and they are all useless.
