I love how easy it is to use! It has helped us keep track of all of our candidates and allows us to easily screen resumes. It's also great for when we need help finding more candidates. The only thing I don't like about this system is that there is no way to save searches. So if you are looking at a certain job title, you have to start over every time. This can be frustrating when you are trying to find multiple jobs at once. We've been using Roborecruiter for almost two years now and we haven't had any issues with it. We are able to keep track of all of our candidates and make sure they get the most attention possible from our team.
