Does what it's supposed to
Was skeptical about these little things but it has turned out to be a blessing. My orthodontist gave me soft bamboo sticks to chew on to tighten my Invisalign aligners. In short, chopsticks don't last long and chewing them was a terrible choice. Bought these first thinking they were a rip off as there are only 5 gummies but they actually last a while. I've only had it for a week but it's definitely a good choice for Invisalign and my mouthguard is more comfortable now. Would buy again!
