The fastener that screws between the backpack and the speaker grille was not long enough to reach the top screw. My wife put her mug in and the holder slipped out of position, making the cup holder just unscrew. Really bad design for such a large cup holder. Not only did I choose to return it, I also opted for a better mount because I really liked the size and design of the basket itself. So I took a 1/8" piece of steel about 4" x 6" and cut it around the back of the speaker enclosure. Cut a triangle out of the top to fit the CIRO bracket and weld it on the 1/8" thick steel plate. Powder coated new and improved mounting bracket. Looks good very strong.
