Review on SES Metric by Robert Aiono

I like how easy this tool is for marketers, it's super intuitive and allows you to track your emails really well. There are some things that could be improved though. For example, sometimes there would be a glitch where certain data would not show up in analytics even after refreshing or re-opening their account. It also takes forever to load when first launching the dashboard. Also, they have been pretty slow at responding to inquiries as well. We've used them primarily with our marketing team but they do offer plans for small business users who aren't necessarily looking to scale out across multiple accounts. They're great if all you want to use is just one set of metrics to help understand what is going wrong so we can fix any issues before sending more messages!
