Be careful, the thresholds are on the side. I had to make adjustments by removing the foam, it got better but not perfect. The back sleepers are amazing. The pillow feels comfortable and stays that way. I never wake up to turn on the cool side because my neck and head are sweaty. As this is an exchange I would have no hesitation in buying it. I have serious neck and back issues so maybe I'm the only one not doing it perfectly. The outer cover alone makes this pillow 🥇. So if you're thinking of buying, buy. There is nothing to lose, because a return is possible. Also, full is perfect for your back when you are lying in bed but want to sit up. Also great for deep stools that are painful with back problems. With all that foam, it's perfect for the reasons above. side sleepers; you have to "make it better" for yourself. For hot 🥵 sleepers it's five stars 🌟 across the board. For the first time in 60 years, I didn't wake up to turn to the cold side.
