My wife and I didn't think this automatic machine would suit our family but we decided to try this brand and espresso machine after we had tried 3 other models. As soon as we unpacked it and plugged it in, we made our first cup of coffee in just a few seconds. There are only 3 things to note: 1. You need to buy a milk container, one is not included, found a great one directly on Amazon to match the car. 2. The machine says you can add both ground coffee and whole beans. We found this didn't work and are trying to figure out why? 3. Although the machine has a pan setting, the pans are too big to fit under the machine. So it's a great machine, I would recommend it for self cleaning and it has an eco function that cleans itself when you leave, priceless. Another thing we liked was the built-in alert on how to empty the reservoir and add water. Even my 5 and 6 year old toddler uses it for hot milk.
