Review on Longacre 52 52023 0 30PSI 2 5InGID Deluxe by Adam Gardner

Advantages: 1) Large, easy-to-read 0.25psi dial. inch 2) Fully protected by shock absorbing rubber bushing 3) All metal construction 4) Comes with two different cartridges Bad: 1) Meter packaging method. Wrap around the face of the gauge. Wrapping the hose around such a small space resulted in a permanent kink in my gauge hose. The kink doesn't appear to affect the gauge's function, but the hose has lost its strength at the kink and will only flex there, like a metal bracket being bent back and forth over and over again, the hose will fail at the kink long before it does it normally should be. 2) This is the fault of the manufacturer (and not the seller. Not Longacre directly), but it really needs to be corrected. Either design a larger clamshell, or load the gauge with the hose disconnected from the gauge body.
