The best part of bnovo is its customer service support team which always listens to our needs & helps us in solving any queries we have about their products from shipping charges up till last mile delivery services offered by them! Sometimes they take too much time while explaining certain features but overall it's good experience I got working through this software so far!! In fact there are some minor UI glitches like slow loading screens etc as compared other cloud ERP softwares out therrebut still nothing majorly bad at all. We use mainly logistics related stuffs where data access/security issues were one point i had been looking fwd since day 1 was solved pretty well here. !
