I don't understand the negative reviews, great second cleaner. I first use an oil based cleanser to dissolve waterproof mascara (my favorite Burts Bees cleansing oil) and then use it to remove everything else and make my face look really clean and it does the job. If I haven't put on makeup that day, I just use it and my face is clean. I have very dry skin and no longer feel like it dries my face out, but as always, it's important to moisturize right after cleansing. I haven't tested this theory but I heard it's a glossy cleaner scam, it seems pretty similar. This bottle lasts a very long time, I only use one pump per application, that's all you need. I will probably buy this product again after using it.
