The platform is very easy to use and has multiple features that are beneficial for any business. It's also fairly cheap compared to other tools I've come across. Some of their products look more "finished" than others (e.g., dashboard), but they're still working towards making all aspects of the solution excellent - not just some parts. Make sure your account meets their terms before signing up! We needed an integrated tool with our CRM system which allowed us to see what was going on in real time without having to log into each individual channel separately or pay extra fees to access them individually.
