A few weeks after I received this product and after finally transferring all my files from the Mac I was using before, it won't start. I missed Amazon's returns window partly due to the bank holiday weekend conflicting with shipping schedules and Amazon can't help. I consulted Lenovo a lot, every person I spoke to suggested a new way to hard reset but to no avail. Once it briefly lit up again, it worked for about 2 minutes before turning off again. I'm about to send it back to Lenovo as it's guaranteed to be repaired or replaced anyway. send money from my pocket. Update: I have now received the laptop back and the service representative assembled it incorrectly - the keyboard is warped and the unit wobbles when placed on a flat surface. Lenovo said online that the technician must have installed the keyboard incorrectly when assembling it and I should take it to a service center. but the only service center in my state only services thinkpads, not this one. It is useless for typing. Support is quick to respond and it's not their fault but I wouldn't buy it again or recommend it to anyone else.
