We ordered 2 computer chairs for schoolchildren, one chair came to the pick-up point, and instead of the second chair, some style. . . The pickup point belongs to another company, but they simply cooperate with , delivery to this pickup point costs extra money, since it is the closest to the house. At the point of issue they refused to take back the order and gave it to us in our hands . We wanted to leave a huge heavy box with a style at the pick-up point, but we were refused, we had to call a car and pay for the driver's services. I wrote to the support service and they told me to make a return only at the official pickup point, which is 15 km from home. . . I had to pay for the car again to get this style back. . . the kids were upset, two twin brothers were supposed to get two chairs for their birthday. . . I wrote to the support service with a request to send us a second chair to replace this style, but we were refused and informed that they would only return the money to the card. Both chairs were on sale at the time I ordered them and were bought at a good discount, the money was returned within 10 days, but the impressions of this purchase were spoiled and we did not experience any joy.
