This is a high quality multi-band radio that can also be used as an MP3 player with SD and USB disc inputs. It has excellent reception and was able to pick up WWV on three different frequencies on a hot summer evening in Pennsylvania. The sound quality is excellent for a small radio. It uses a rechargeable lithium battery, which has a very long service life. It includes a USB charging socket and an AUX output socket, so you can connect other amplifiers such as car or home HIFI systems. I can only recommend this radio!
