Good quality / do not insert plastic insert before filling

In general they came and were what I expected. Instructions on how to fill it out would be nice. I put the plastic part in the mascara tube and wasted 4 sticks because you can't fill the tube with plastic inserts and pull them out once they're in. information would be helpful. Hope this saves someone else.
