I have a lot of experience shopping for beauty products, so I was really pleased to try out NAYOO's online store for all of my beauty necessities. Nevertheless, I was quite dissatisfied with the overall quality of the things that I ordered and received. The cosmetics were dry, and the colors did not correspond to what was described on the packaging. My delicate skin became irritated and reddened as a result of using the skin care items. In addition, the hair tools I bought were only durable for a few usage before they broke. I attempted to get in touch with their customer support team, but the response I received was both sluggish and ineffective. The fact that their return policy is stringent and only permits returns for things that are broken or defective was another thing that disappointed me about them. In general, I found working with NAYOO to be a frustrating experience, and I cannot in good conscience recommend their products to anyone.
