My daughter liked her backpack so much that she wanted to buy one for her two friends' birthdays! But 1/3 of the backpacks ordered are completely different! Both still like it but are unhappy with the lack of quality assurance. See image. - One backpack is light pink compared to dark pink - One is missing side pockets completely - One has different hair and looks horribly zigzag - One has different white shiny material - One front pocket looks like thin thin material like foil and so the rest shines with a thick, almost waterproof lining on the inside. The ears of one are thick and plain pink, while the others are thin and shiny pink.
