Review on 🚗 Enhance your driving with Hopkins 60195VA nVISION Rearview Camera System by Steven Emberling

Installed in 2011 Silverado Crew Cab LT Short Box. I don't usually write reviews, but given the lack of information about the nVISION camera system, I felt compelled to give an honest review. Review. Overall the material looks well built and constructed. The plate mount allows the user to decide how to route the cable from the camera behind the plate. In my case I was able to set it up so that no part of the wire was visible. Installation was easy. There is only one cable from the camera to the monitor. I connected the reverse light power to the trailer harness (light green) and ground to the body mount. As expected, the camera only turns on when the reverse lights are on. From there I was able to route the cable to the monitor in the cockpit to the center of the dashboard next to the windshield. Both the camera and the reversing sensor work well. The monitor is small, but I knew that before I ordered the product. Permission is fine, but I don't need to see what my kids are reading behind me, I just need to know if they're there. As an added bonus, the camera's field of view matches my ball hitch, making it easy to hook up a trailer. For this price I am very satisfied.
