I like that they have such unique products, it was difficult to decide which one we wanted at first but after some research there were 3 choices so no complaints from us. They really listen to what you want out of your logo as well! The customer service is excellent too. It's pricey but worth every penny! Go into this process knowing exactly what type of product you need (website or business card) - their customization will match all kinds of needs if not specified otherwise! I love that they have so many different options when it comes to designing websites, whether you're looking at creating something from scratch or updating your current website! They also offer great customer service - always quick responses whenever we need them during our projects (which is often!). The price point of their services can be quite expensive if compared against other web designers out there but as long as what's being designed will benefit my client then its worth every penny!!
