I liked these gloves for three months. But then the right one was severely torn right at the seam. So. How do I send a warranty card? Your guess is as good as mine. Does your site seem to lack this capability and all you can do is email support? What? Update (November 5, 2016): Warranty claims for Joe Rocket products will be processed by your Joe Rocket dealer. In my case, it was Chrome World who very quickly exchanged the defective gloves for a new set. So we change the rating to 4 stars and come back in a year.
