Works great! The first time I messed it up because I didn't realize there was a small piece of pull out for the back to come out so the back got stuck and I had to break it to attach the back but it was my fault! There were no instructions but I think it was common sense. Overall a great product! I will get the earring in 12.-24. Change house so as not to get infected. Read about it in other reviews. It really does John. For the price unbeatable! It was pain free too! I would say buy it but also buy surgical grade stainless steel earrings or better earrings to replace after 24 hours! The only downside I have for people who might not have the common sense is that they have some sort of guide! It is very important to at least tell you to remove this small piece!
