Perfect for that baby who doesn't want to pull themselves up at night potty training! We call it our nightwear. I can't comment on how well they absorb as my baby pees a lot at night and it's unfair to expect a nappyless nappy to absorb it all. Trousers. But I have found that it keeps the pillow on her bed and her blankets from getting wet. That's all I really need! They are soft and don't feel like waterproof pants after the first wash. And very nice. I would say they are big. But the range is 2-5T so I think the size range is so wide they must work but large. I would say they might be too big for a 2 year old. My toddler is 4 and at 5 they fit but a bit roomy. I am very happy with this purchase.
