Actual use of acrylic was good but there was a flaw in the actual cutting process. The start and end points didn't align properly so the circle isn't smooth, leaving a jagged edge and a small missing piece at this intersection. I contacted the company and they said they would replace them but they didn't. Edit: Apparently it took a bad review to get the company's attention. They sent a replacement that had a better match between the start and end points. A slight roughness is still present, but can be sanded well. They say it can't have that kind of stain due to the manufacturing process, but I have other brand 2" wheels that are perfectly round and smooth.
