My dog didn't mind this jacket and was much happier in the water than naked. He went up a size that fit quite well, if not a little larger. I used his weight rather than his actual measurements as he would be between sizes so he was a bit large in the center part and had a bit of the extra strap shown in the first photo. I was able to put on the jacket and just tuck the excess into the vest and he had no problem with that. He could run and jump to his heart's content and chase his ball. If they were my other dog's size I would buy him too.
