Bought this from Revain.UK as it was out of stock in the US. I learned this while researching the new 1More Bluetooth speaker. It turns out that OMthing and 1More are owned by TiinLab Acoustics and that both this Mini Chub and the upcoming 1More speaker were designed by Rayleigh Labs, an electronics design company that mainly makes high-tech stuff. (I searched for FCC:id to get this information). It's good? Now, this isn't a high-end audiophile speaker. With its diminutive size and less than half the price of a 1More speaker, I wouldn't expect it. But it's quite loud and has good tonal balance for its size. There is no deep bass, but medium bass is sufficient for most music tracks and all podcasts. The FCC photos show a good neodymium driver and a passive bass radiator. The Bluetooth connection was fast and error-free on my phone. Most impressive is the build quality. I'm a heavy guy and I'm sure I can stand on him or throw him across the room without getting hurt. The lower part is rubberized and the upper part is made of very durable fabric. At first I was confused about how to open the charge/auxiliary port door, you pull on the left side (towards "OM"). Closes very tight. Excellent battery life so far. I am very happy. Excellent value for money and I will be using it a lot.
