Soft stretch, not hard. Cozy.
Very soft stretch fabric. The fabric is NOT very durable like athletic wear, so expect a looser stretch. The little one seems to stretch well enough to fit me (125lbs 5ft 6in) perfectly, my boyfriend is 155lbs (5ft 4in) and looks great on both of us.
