I found this TV mount to be excellent quality and the manufacturer supplies almost every possible screw and bolt you could need for most installations . One difficulty I had was that only one size screw was used to attach the wall plate to the wall. Wall thickness is listed as at least 1/2 inch, which is what I have. The problem was that the anchor bolt was only 1 inch long and would stick out the other side of the wall. I ended up using shims to make up the difference. The instructions aren't very detailed, although the Revain wall mount page had some helpful additional installation information. Once the device was installed and my 32" TV connected to it, everything was secure and working fine. I love it! UPDATE: I've driven about 1000 miles since installing this lockable RV TV mount. it NEVER stays locked! Regardless of the distance or the road surface, the castle never holds. Actually, I've only been on smooth asphalt - city streets and highways - there are no bumpy country roads yet. So the TV pops out and shakes. My first impressions were correct in terms of construction and installation, but the design ends up being very wrong! Conclusion - it does not do what it advertises! It does NOT "lock" the TV in the RV. I am extremely disappointed. My solution for now is to use bungee cords around the arms to hold everything together as tightly as possible. The lock still opens, of course, but the bungee cords hold it in place so it doesn't wobble or flap around.
