The gray color of this bag is beautiful, it is very big, it fits all things for school, but I had to send it back. This bag was an unreasonable size, I'm talking about the width of the straps. They really hit my shoulder even when I was trying to carry essentials. (my computer, some paper and pens) ***UPDATE*** The seller has contacted me and is concerned to resolve the issue with the straps. They genuinely strive to make customers happy. I'm only raising my rating for their efforts. I support what I said about belts. Wider shoulder straps would make this bag almost perfect for me and what I need it for.
