We got the gaming headset in January 2018, and it was only April 2018 when they broke. The sound from the right ear stopped working. The sound only comes from the ear where the plug inserts into. I will be contacting the company to see about getting a replacement set sent to me. I will update this post if they help me to correct this issue.Update: 5/24/18The Bengoo rep (Jojo) was great to work with. My issue has been solved. We received a replacement gaming headset, during the time frame specified, and my son is thrilled. That's all a parent can ask for. Thanks Jojo, and the Bengoo team!
