Doesn't appear to be properly aligned.
Seems misaligned. I'm not sure if I'm doing it wrong or it's just not cut right. The hole appears too small and too high. I bought this hoping it would provide better support for a child's head and neck in a car seat, but it proved useless. The idea is good but the design is bad. I think with a few tweaks it could be great.
