I have curly/wavy hair. I've been starting to wash my hair less during the week since my hair can dry out easily. Sleeping in a pineapple up-do or in a twisted bun did not work for me. I bought this to try and sleep in and it worked wonders. My hair isn't frizzy and gross in the mornings. Only downfall is that I move around a lot of my sleep, so the scarf has fallen off. I think if I place some bobby pins around my head, it'll stay.
