Two stars knocked off on label and back

Bought this for my cat who loves drawer mats. I was immediately struck by the thickness of the bed. Even the center piece is much softer than a regular drawer mat. BUT there are two annoying features that made me deduct two stars. 1) There is a very thick label sewn into the top of the bed, which is made of a rubber-like material. I knew my cat would be uncomfortable so I removed it with a seam ripper. For those wanting to try this, please note that I literally had to tear *every stitch* for it to come loose easily. Ripping open the stitching also revealed that the pendant's odd rubber material was very brittle and I suppose if I had left it on the cat's claws it would have deteriorated. 2) The back of the bed trailer is made of a material with tiny silicone (or rubber?) dots on it. I know this dotted fabric very well; In recent years it has become almost ubiquitous on pet litter. But I HATE IT because when you wash these types of beds, little dots come loose in the washer and/or dryer and you end up with a complete mess. points in cars. dots on clothing. points everywhere! I have no idea why any manufacturer thought the dots were a good idea. I think they should make the bed non-slip, but (a) why the heck would anyone need a non-slip bed, and (b) these points do NOT make the bed non-slip! Anyway, one day I saw the tag and the points I wanted to send it back but I didn't want to pay for the return postage. But I wouldn't order any more. The tag was easy enough to get rid of (although it left an odd lighter square on the bed where the edge of the tag used to be), but the dots on the back are a deal breaker for me.
