Review on Disposable Incontinence Non Woven Breathable Waterproof Diapering ... Portable Changing Pads by Marcia Davis

I bought these earlier this year and everything was fine until about halfway through the pack I noticed that every pad I took out was missing parts of the inner absorbent pad! It looks wet in the photo, but it isn't. As if they were made from leftovers. Have always bought a different brand in the past but they were sold out at the time. It was a mistake trying this brand. Very disappointed as half of this pack is completely unusable.
