I've been using headphones from this brand for a long time and have never had any problems with them. These were the first pair of Bluetooth headphones I've ever bought and after seeing that the company I usually buy headphones from had a pair of Bluetooth headphones I jumped at the chance. It was supposed to be a present for my mother, she used it for 10 minutes before coming to me with her problems. She claimed that the sound in the right earbud would disappear, and soon after, the left would disappear. At first I thought she was just abusing her. But when I used them myself, I encountered the same problem: the audio cut out when I was standing still with my phone on the table 2ft away from me. After the sound went out for the third time, it didn't come back for 2 minutes and I did nothing but stand still. These are not headphones that I would unfortunately buy again.
