I ordered these because they are so thin as I have a 2018 Macbook Pro and the regular webcam covers are too thick to prevent the laptop from to close completely. When they arrived they were great! They fit perfectly, hold up well and are very thin. However. I'm in online meetings every day and have to turn my camera on and off all day. and those lids just don't slide very well. The glue also moves. and once it hits the sliding part, it becomes very difficult to slide. You then have to use a much stiffer hand to move the slider. Which I don't think is good for the screen. The slider has also appeared on many occasions, but he comes back very easily. I just don't like that he stands out. So all in all, this is perfect if you don't plan on opening and closing it frequently. But if you do, I'd try something else that glides a lot easier.
