I bought this cable because it had to be good AND HDMI 2.1, the latter I don't know exactly but it's NOT good. I recently got a new HDMI 2.1 compatible TV and figured why not get a cable for it? There was literally nothing wrong with my old HDMI 2.0 cable, just figured I would in the future. After 2 or 3 weeks this cable started causing screen distortion on my TV. Green spots or bruises from time to time. And believe me I solved this particular problem for 3 days by looking at multiple sources. My soundbar, my HDMI to my soundbar, the cable itself is secure in its source, there is no dirt on the HDMI connectors, I try different HDMI connectors, unplugging everything but my PS4 Pro cable / and finally back to my old HDMI -Cable. . And when I did that, lo and behold, the problem went away. I don't recommend this to anyone if it's something that happens in such a short amount of time, even if it's cheap. Cheap everywhere.
