Yes, sticker shock, but like my dad used to tell me, "You get what you pay for." Friends. These boots are of high quality. Yes, I could pay half the price and get regular shoes, or I could pay more and get real leather and comfy soles. I hope my son doesn't outgrow them before we get a lot of use out of them and to be honest they're a bit big for him so should fit him for a while. He has a pair of cheap boots that we paid about $25 for from Kohl last year. Besides, they look like cheap shoes. Would buy these real leather boots again! I wish I knew about this brand when they came in smaller sizes. He's in Big Boy 7 now!
