Why three stars? Because I was held hostage to submit a review to sign up for my guarantee. How ethical is it? That's a shame, because I like the light so far, but it was too new for me to give a fair rating. TO UPDATE! 08/15/21 After 5 months I think how much I love this lamp. I am very disappointed! Suddenly, for no apparent reason, it just stops working! It was on, I walked away for a moment, then it got dark. It won't turn back on. I've tried disconnecting and reconnecting it. Nothing. I will be calling Neatfi direct as this purchase is overdue. I will update this review after my phone. Let's see if their 3 YEAR FULL GUARANTEE is right if I registered my lamp.
