These "hoodies" used to fit true to size. I ordered a large although most of my shirts are medium sized as I figured a bit more space might be more comfortable in the hotter months. I usually wash new clothes before I wear them so I can remove any leftovers from the manufacturing process. These "big" t-shirts fit like small medium ones. I've had some experience with "muscle t-shirts" over the past few years. They didn't shrink much and were long-lived. These t-shirts feel a little less durable than the ones remembered, and a large t-shirt shouldn't feel average after a wash. Considering the price is good and the quality is ok, considering they run a bit small, these shirts might suit you. They fit me, but medium rather than large.
