I really wanted to love this item made for more body types I'm 5 feet 8125 pounds tall and it was A LOT big for me If I wanted to carry it I would have to drill additional holes on both shoulder straps and a waist belt not just a few inches but half a foot Honestly very disappointing Only buy if you can have the opportunity and desire to drill additional holes in it.
