*Updated 3/12/* The seller has contacted me and will send a replacement as they claim it has a one year warranty. Customer service was very friendly and it's nice to know that they stand by their product and will replace it for me. The product initially worked well but has stopped charging in the last 3 months. It started needing specific loading positions and now it won't load at all. Purchased at the end of July 2020, so less than 6 months have passed since commissioning. I would look for another brand as I am already going to replace this one.
