I have naturally oily skin, so I use keyboard covers to prevent residue from accumulating on the key surfaces. It fits the magic keyboard well. I prefer non-silicone covers but they are hard to find for this size of keyboard. The silicone has a mildly sticky but not unpleasant texture that, in any event, is more comfortable than typing on naked keys. The clear version allows you to see all the key labels clearly. This one is useful for a keyboard that sits on a desktop. Would not recommend for travel since the silicone will peel away from the keys if you turn the keyboard on its side or flip it over.
