This review was posted 36 hours after I received the product received have written. First star because it fits perfectly in the hand; very convenient. Second star because it's not too heavy. Third star because it cuts hair. Cons: (1) The user manual states that the trimmer should be charged 12 hours before use. I charged mine for 28 hours and the light never went off/changed color/whatever it does. So I don't know if it's fully loaded or not. (2) When using the trimmer, it stopped on me several times. It never turned off completely, but you could sense it was running out of juice or trying hard to cut my hair (which is really thin). This started within 5 minutes of turning it on (after charging). within 28 hours) (3) I've been using trimmers to cut my own hair for over 20 years so I've used sooooo many trimmers and this one gets really hot. It didn't burn me, but I definitely felt a lot of heat on my head. (4) It has a slight kink/angle on the blade that you need to maneuver if you want a shorter cut. It took me over 20 passes to make it as short as possible. (5) The hair is still too long for my taste and needs. I don't use a comb at all and my hair is still too long. (6) I think if it falls down and hits a hard concrete floor like the one I have where I use the trimmer it will shatter into a million pieces. It doesn't seem strong. (7) I am very disappointed. I'm thinking of returning it. Definitely do not recommend this.
