Our main reason for choosing AgileLoad was the speed of getting setup and into production mode. Once we had got past that hurdle, the ease of use of the software meant that we could immediately start generating test cases and analysing our tests results. We found the reporting functionality to be particularly useful. We've used it to generate and monitor the progress of each individual test case and to summarise and compare the results of multiple runs. Although there may already be other systems available which offer similar capabilities (we haven't yet looked at any), Agiload has been very user friendly from day one, so this isn't really an issue. Also the customer service level is excellent, if you contact them they will respond quickly, even during the weekend!
